What is a consumer conflict?
A consumer conflict is one that results from a legal consumer relationship, always having a consumer and a professional as parties (however, on either side there may be several consumers or several professionals).
It is also important to delimit consumption conflicts to situations in which the complaint is presented by the consumer. If the consumer does not comply with the contract, namely by not paying the price of the good or service, this is not a conflict that can be qualified as a consumption conflict. This is because the reason for characterizing a conflict as one of consumption lies in the specific position (of greater weakness) in which the consumer, as a rule, finds himself.
